1. What is Cram School?


Cram School is a media delivery service to deliver "live" Internet education to students throughout Malaysia. Current focus is on SPM/'O' Level subjects, but will be rolled out to other levels in the future.

2. What's so special about Cram School?

Well, there are quite a few things about Cram School that are different. Here are just a few of them:

-    Attend "live" or real-time tuition lessons from home or at a place of your chosing.

-   Our technology allows smooth lesson delivery even with limited Internet bandwidth.

-    Student interaction with teachers are possible during the "live" sessions, via audio/video feedback, chat space and the use of the mouse pointer.

-      Lessons can be played back at any time as they are recorded.

-      Homeworks can be assigned, submitted and marked online using our system.

-      Students can post questions for teachers on a Q&A Forum.

-     Our teachers and also our Principal, Mr. S.B. Tan, are at hand to assist with any education-related problems that students may face.

-     Our technical staff will also assist with any technical problems that students face.

3. What about the quality of the tutors?

Our teachers are hand-picked from around Malaysia and most are highly experienced and reputable educators.

6. What about tuition fee payment ? How is it done ?

We accept credit card payments, bank account transfers, cheques and Internet banking transfers.

7. What software do I need to attend or playback lessons ?

This is the easiest part of all. All you require is an Internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Maxthon, etc., with the latest flash player installed.

8. What additional hardware will I need?

If you intend to participate in class discussions or put up questions during class, then we recommend getting a head-set with an earphone and a mic.  A webcam is also desirable, although not not absolutely necessary.

9. Where (on the Net) do I go to attend "live" lessons?

11. How can I ensure smooth reception of the "live" tuition streaming media ?

There are few things you can do on your PC to avoid disruptions to the streaming media:
1. Make sure you are not running any P2P software e.g.: Bitcomet, Limewire, Miro etc.
2. Quit all downloading or data transfer programs.
