Getting Started

To all new Cram School students and tutors, kindly note the following important matters: 

  1. Ensure that you have a least the following minimum ISP (Internet) bandwidth:
    1. Download Speed : 512 kbps (student/tutor)
    2. Upload Speed : 200 - 250 kbps (student) ,  512 kbps (tutor)

  2. Kindly ensure that your PC has installed the latest versions of the following software:
    1. Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or above ( Download now )
    2. Mozilla Firefox 3.x or above ( Download now )
    3. Adobe Flash Player 10 or above ( Download now ) ( Click here to check your installed version )

      If older versions of the software are installed, some portions of the Cram School media delivery software may not work properly

  3. In order to interact verbally with the tutor during “live” class sessions, you will need to use a head-set plugged into your PC. If you are using a microphone, please ensure that the earphones are also plugged in and do not use speakers to avoid creating echoes!

  4. Your account will only allow access to the subjects which you have signed up for AFTER you have attended the Cram School Setup/Training Session with us. To sign up for the Cram School Setup/Training Session, kindly follow this link
